Adam Korbuly, Founder, CTO of OrthoGraph – Serial Entrepreneur, Msc. Electrical Engineering. The founder of ArchiFM, the first BIM based CAFM and CMMS system and OrthoGraph, the Operational BIM technology. ArchiFM became the market leader in IWMS software technology used in Hungary and also used worldwide. OrthoGraph is used worldwide for as-built surveying by more than 130k users and now introduced to the CRE segment. Ádám is a software developer enthusiast from the age of 12, first large publication made at the age of 16. Adam works as the main architect of the OrthoGraph ecosystem and also a strong influencer bringing Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the operational life cycle of facilities.

Adam will talk about the intersection between BIM, FM and PropTech, how they interrelate, differentiate, specifying the application of each tech at each stage of the building life cycle.
