Pavlos is the co-founder of Ask Wire, an award-winning provider of real estate intelligence in Europe. At Ask Wire, he leads a team of real estate professionals, data analysts, and developers that is compiling comprehensive property profiles of all properties across Europe to help banks, insurers, real estate investors, retailers, and others increase sales, manage risk, automate ESG reporting, and optimize operations. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Pavlos has worked in real estate advisory and financial services in the UK, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, and Cyprus. He has held positions such as Head of Real Estate at Gordian Holdings, Head of Asset Management at Bank of Cyprus (REMU), and Partner and member of the executive committee at Resolute Asset Management.
